Movies!

Honestly, I'm not one of those film guys. You know the type. Fellows who just love movies and can tell you not only everything about the plot, but go into great length about the the technical specs and so on and so forth.

Ok, I can do that about Star Wars.

But its fun to think about them from time to time.

I've been trying to come up with a list of the indisputably 10 greatest films of all time (American only, screw non-Americans. Why can't these people speak English?)

Yesterday I was consulting on this very matter with the proprietor of my favorite watering hole. He's a brutish sort, with deep ties in the Irish mob and bootlegging community and a past as the town hooligan. That said, the Fenian bastard knows movies.

Here's the list we came up with.

-Gone with the Wind
-The Wizard of Oz
-Casablanca
-Citizen Kane
-Ben Hur
-The Godfather
-Jaws
-Rocky
-The Empire Strikes Back

What's ten? I dunno.
