Will's Good Idea for the Week of 8/11/24

After a stressful week we decided, screw it, we're going to enjoy an Arturo Fuente and a fancy microbrew or two. And so we did. But only after our 5th day in a row at the gym. We may make it six days at the gym this afternoon for some cardio. The good thing about cardio is one can always do more cardio. 

What's happening? According to reports, Iran is ready to attack Israel, or Iran has postponed its attack to get a ceasefire deal in Gaza. It depends on which reports one wants to believe. According to polls Kamala is either pulling ahead, or Trump is maintaining his lead. It depends on which polls one wants to believe.  For the record, we can show reader(s) three (3!) polls form the last day that show Trump with a 2-5 point lead. And don't get us started on Ukraine!

We've no idea. 

Let's move on to Will's Good idea for the Week of 8/11/24.

In War Night, the Taoiseach chapter is taking on the feel of a stage play, with characters walking on and off page. A problem? We shrug in the most Mediterranean way possible. 

The grognard really wants us to do a BAOR chapter and a Northern Fleet gets whacked chapter in War Night. We already did stuff like that in, gee, we dunno, Three Seas...The Weser....[Idiot - slaps Will across the back of the head - What does Neil Gaiman say?-Ed] When someone reads a thing of yours, they want another thing just like it.
