The Great Jerusalem Freak-out

Regarding Trump's Jerusalem announcement we see some interesting headlines with our own pithy comments added:

Abbas says Trump's Jerusalem Decision ends historic US Role as peace broker (actually our role is more of a restraining force to keep the Israelis from rolling into Cairo, Ammon, Damascus...)
UN Security Council to Hold Emergency Session on Jerusalem (wow, now we're worried, they've always been such a staunch supporter)
Abbas Warns of War without End (sorry there, Makmud, already got that)
Top Palestinian Diplomat: Two State Solution is Over (you've favored the one state solution since '48 with bonus genocide)
If Trump Declares Jerusalem Israeli Capital, Chaos will Reign (what do you think we have now, Limey poof?)
Western World Worried over Trump's Jerusalem Declaration (oh sure, now you're worried)

Interesting clip below:

As he has for at least 25 years, George Will makes sense on the Middle East. Meanwhile, Chris Mathews craps his knickers and blames 'crazy evangelicals'. Who you calling crazy, Chris? The conversation then dovetails into an interesting discussion of Christian support for the Jews. This is really nothing new. In pre-war Baton Rogue, the Jewish community was well thought of and generally assumed to be able to solve biblical disputes, so said our grandmother.

For some background...
