Another review from an Australian vet, and it looks like we really screwed up:

These are the details one misses and the risks one runs.

Also, we always expected to get a few of these reviews. We were never going to get all the details right.

Sales remain strong though and a couple of bad reviews won't change the fact we're a best seller in Australia.
