The Writer Botches it Edition
Disgruntled readers like to take to Amazon and point out technical errors in one's work.
Thanks.
With that in mind here's a list of our worst mistakes.
-To Defend the Earth: Somewhere in the Fortress chapter a character says, 'Right being me' instead of 'Right behind me'. In The Waiting Below, we kept referring to 'the bridge', rather than the 'control room'.
-World War 1990, Operation Arctic Storm: We placed RN Falmouth on the North Sea rather than the Irish sea. We also invented the RN rank of ensign.
-World War 1990, ANZACS: We got the RAAF ranks all wrong, and it turns out Prime Minister Bob Hawk stayed away from booze.
-To Survive the Earth: Some have questioned our physics.
-Israel Strikes, War of the Red Sea: We wrote that a Merkeva Tank weighs 34 tons. A Merkeva weighs 54 tons. At the time we recall thinking 34 tons was light.
Anyhoo, we can't wait for the nitpicking that The Austrian Painter will bring.
