Reasons to put the guitar away for good

Yeah we play guitar, see our various Thursday Musical Interventions. But lately we've been wondering.*

1-We'll never be a good player
2-We don't read music
3-We made a lot of mistakes early on in the way we learned to play. Rush and hurry, where do the fingers go?
4-We'll never be in a band
5-We're not the type to serenade Mrs. Stroock and she's not the type to go for that sort of thing anyway
6-It is very, very hard for us to learn new songs #dyslexia 
7-when was the last time we actually played a song from beginning to end?
8-Rock is dead
9-Time, time time
10-Good god, man, you're 44 years old.

*Maybe it's time for the blue jeans to go too?
