Will's good idea for the week of 3-24-19

Let's get our alternate Hawaii universe in order.

We're writing two stories for two different compilations about an indy Hawaii fighting off Japan in 1941.

We're going to use this as an excuse to explore what we think is an interesting idea, the British Empire at war with Japan on it's own. No United States, and no Hitler either. The Germans are too busy fighting the Soviets.

We're thinking Japan sends an invasion force based on one carrier to neutralize Hawaii as part of an effort to cut off Australia and New Zealand from the rest of the Pacific.
