We are told that NYC radio mainstay, WPLJ 95.5, stopped broadcasting a few days ago.
Good.
If you wanted to listen to bland top 40 pop, PLG was your station.
When we first moved to New Jersey in 2001, Mrs. Stroock (who has horrid radio listening habits) complained that she couldn't find anything to listen to.
We replied, 'What about 95.5 WPLJ? They suck.'
