Will's Good Idea for the Week of 9/22/19

America Strikes, the US drops a brigade of the 82nd Airborne along the Beirut/Damascus. The campaign turns into Khe Son as Hezbollah besieges, and Market Garden as the 1st Cavalry Division fights it's way north to relieve them.

We can have a subplot following a chopper pilot whose flying supplies in and wounded out.

We can have a further subplot with an A-10 pilot flying air support. Maybe he gets shot down and needs rescuing.

A further, further subplot with a Hezbollah commander whose read all about German hedgehog defenses, Na San, Dien Bien Phu, Khe Son, Beirut '82. He fought at Fallujah.

There will be high drama in the White House Situation Room.

Hmmm....things coming together?
