Bloomberg for President: The First Advertisement

Here in the New York Metro area we saw our first Michael Bloomberg for President Ad last night. Behold:

The ad starts off well enough then turns hard left at about the 40 second mark, what with the gun confiscation. Then it gets obnoxious at 1:00, with talk of taking on 'the coal lobby' and what not. There goes Pennsylvania.

From there we turn to the environment and of course, Trump.  We like the shots of Trump Tower. 

The ad actually says people who want health insurance can get it and those who like their insurance can keep it. Where these campaign flunkies not around when Barry O said the same thing a decade ago? Are they Millennials? Rookie mistake.

We're talking nearly a two minute ad buy on Prime Time here people. Good thing Bloomy has the money for it.

Bloomberg is going to stick around till the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut primaries. Is he going to bombard us with this and other insufferable ads? He's going to bombard us with this and other insufferable ads. [Shakes head in sadness]. We're going to see months and months of this civic pollution. Thanks Mike!
