Monday Metal (Supplimental)

The year was 1988.  The internet doesn't exist yet. I was 14.

The riff and chord progression are solid, actually, and we like the song cadence. It's got a good beat and we can head-bang to it. Let's call this Kiss meets AC/DC.

This video is actually well made. Everyone is having a good time. We like the teacher's character arc, also fun. Alert Generation Xers will recall she's the gym teacher from Porky's, itself a fascinating cultural artifact. J.S. Bach...lol.

Reader(s) can call Girl School (cause my baby broke all the rules) soulless, prefab, paint by numbers hair metal, because it is. But my god...I wanted this to happen in my 9th grade English class. 

I'm not proud...[shakes head less in sorrow and more in disapointment] not proud at all.
