A second New Jersey municipality is declaring its opposition to gun control, including a new state law that allows for removing weapons from someone judged a threat to themselves or others. The Sussex Borough council voted 5-0 on Tuesday to adopt a resolution in support of becoming a “Second Amendment/lawful gun owner municipality," two weeks after a similar resolution was approved without opposition in West Milford.Sorry, someone *thinking* you might be a threat is not probable cause, or did Mr. Fancy Pants Lawyer miss the day they taught Common Law in law school.
These are the same idiots who want to ban the bear hunt, cuz Brown Bears coming down from the moutains and onto Interstate-287 is a wonderful thing. Seriously, go Google Earth New Jersey, we have some serious mountainous wilderness in the northwest part of the state.
I think of New Jersey and just don't picture wildness thought it as just one big subburg between New York and Philly
