NJ.com reports that the American Dream Mall is gangbusters:
Some said it would never open. Others are betting on when it will close. But if its first three months in business are any indication, American Dream is proving the nay-sayers wrong. The long-awaited mega-mall in the Meadowlands has seen more than 790,000 visitors since it opened its doors three months ago this weekend, according to a spokesperson for the Triple Five-owned property.
The mall is in the Meadowlands, just a few miles from Met Life Stadium, there's an autumn Sunday traffic nightmare waiting to happen. We'd be interested in seeing some demographic info on the customer base. How many are coming across from Manhattan and Staten Island?
