This morning we gathered more articles for our history book. These were old pieces we did about the Normans, Robert Guiscard (a name we haven't written in a decade), 1066, the post 1066 conquest and the First Crusade. This will make for an excellent Norman art of war chapter. The First Crusade was mostly a Norman adventure and Robert Guiscard was more William of Normandy than William of Normandy. He was an even bigger bastard.
We're taking a look at the Burma section now. We've gathered the following articles: S&T Burma Article, Orde Wingate, 77 Chindit Brigade, Vinegar Joe and the Burma Road, Unpublished Stilwell Piece, Merrill’s Marauders.
Alert readers will notice two of these articles are already available on the right sidebar. We're not sure if we should include them or not. Of course there's nothing wrong with being paid twice for the same thing. As we're thinking about it....hmmmmm. Maybe.
On to the next section, we guess. The Indo-Pak wars.
