This weekend we will be making available, for free, Tie Dye Warrior.
We concluded Rogue One isn't very good.
Sales of World War 1990: Battle of the Three Seas are stronger than ever. The book is bringing up all the other books, and best of all, we're getting a lot of new readers. We know this becuase about 10% of sales this month are of World War 1990: Operation Arctic Storm, the first book in the World War 1990 universe.
The Great Nuclear War of 1975 is 40,000 words. We did not finish the Battle of Prudhoe Bay chapter as we had hoped. But we do know the next four or fives scenes to write.
Debbie has World War 1990: Nederland As soon as we get it back we'll read through it again. We've got maps and a cover. Thanks, Renee. Hmmm....We'll publish after we see some serious decline in sales of World War 1990: Battle of the Three Seas. September 1?
We think the short story compilation is good to go. Debbie's gonna have a busy summer.
For June our plan is to tidy up The Great Nuclear War of 1975, finish The Battle of Prudhoe Bay and get the first 40,000 words completed right, true and proper. This should bump us up to 50,000. That's starting to get us close to done. They get the oil flowing out of Alaska, what then? This leads to some interesting questions on tone which we'll be talking about next week.
We'll be doing some work on The Final Storm. There's a ton of intro stuff to write. Lots of pilot scenes.. We've already lain the groundwork for one of the coup scenes. We'd like to write that coup scene in June.
That's the plan. We plan, god laughs. For as it is written, we plan, god laughs.
Here's our latest at Inforos, You May not be Black, but Joe Biden's Veep will be:
On October 5th, 1988, Republican vice-presidential candidate Senator Dan Quayle of Indiana debated his Democrat counterpart Senator Lloyd Bentsen of Texas. The young Quayle, the first Baby Boomer on a presidential ticket, compared himself to JFK. The elder Bentsen looked down his glasses at the enthusiastic senator and replied, ‘Senator, I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy.’ The crowd roared. Propelled by the greatest political zinger of the television era, Bentsen served four honorable years as Michael Dukakis’ vice president. Of course, that never happened. Despite Bentsen’s epic putdown, George Herbert Walker Bush defeated Dukakis in a landslide...
