That's permanent. American flag on the left, Trump flag on the right. We're going to rotate both flags, switching out the 50 star flag for the Star Spangled Banner flag, the Colonial flag, the Civil War flag etc, but we've encountered a problem. Becuase of the Wuhan lockdown a lot of American flag manufacturers have temporarily sourced their production to China. Hell no. One can get a Civil War flag made here, but it's hand made and embroidered and costs $68. That I can't do. Also I wanted to get some of those novelty Trump flags, Trump as Rambo, etc, but they're all made in China. So no.
