World War 1990: Saddam's War

So we figured it'd be fun to simulate World War 1990: Saddam's War. Here's the map with opening deployments:
That's nine Iraqi divisions getting ready to invade al-Faw in the south. Those black counters up north are the Kurds, and they are a vulnerability for Saddam. Iran has a much larger army, but a shortage of armored/mechanized forces and a lot of frontier to defend. The Iranian military is still a mess after the Iran/Iraq War. 

Note, Saddam has already taken Kuwait, as described in Castro's Folly. Saddam invades Iran with the tacit approval of Saudi Arabia, who is petrified that Saddam will take their oil fields instead.  Washington is split.
