Post Inauguration Week: The Second Day

Okay, stop. Take a deep breath. Look about. 

This blog has come around to the 'not doom' side of things for several reasons.

First, two Democrat senators have already said they don't want to mess with the filibuster. One of them is West Virginia's Joe Manchin. The man spins like a weather vein, so if he's pointing in that direction, that's where the wind is blowing. He is like the Druze people in Lebanon backing the strong horse.

Second, everything Biden does will be subject to ferocious judicial assault. Yes, we too laugh at the idea of conservatives finding relief from the courts. But it will still take years to sort out. Let's see... Obamacare passed in March of 2010 but it wasn't until the summer of 2012 that John Roberts knifed us all. We pray to the many faced god that he retires during Kamal/Biden's first term.

C, Biden's handlers are so overreaching it is unbelievable. To repeat a point from yesterday, President Early Onset has not disappointed this blog

And Delta, the GOP establishment is draining like an inflamed cyst. The Wyoming war profiteer's daughter is in serious trouble back home and incumbent Ohio senator Bob Portman is retiring. Joyfully, Ohio Governor and metrosexual cover boy John Kasich says he won't run to replace Portman. And so an indifferent nation looks away. The rest of the senate GOP is figuring out that voting for 'impeachment' is career endangering. The strength and future of the party lies with MAGA nation and the Deplorables. First slowly, then all at once. 

Political gravity working the way it does, it would take a catastrophic catastrophe for the GOP not to romp in 2022 and end up controlling congress once again. For those interested, making sure the GOP is the party of Trump and not the party of the Establishment is priority numero uno. We are not interested.
