Just a little snow yesterday:
That's about 2 feet or .6 meters for you Europeans held back by the metric system. Canadians too. Remember, there's only two kinds of countries on earth, those that sent a man to the moon, and those that use the metric system. [You do know that the A-bomb was developed for you Americans by European physicists that were almost certainly using metric numbers, knobhead-Ed]. Things were going fine, then the snow blower shutdown. The best bet is the sparkplug. Nothing like doing a ton of work outside, coming in and being told by a beautiful woman to sit and do nothing while she gets you a cup of coffee. Nothing.Sales spike yesterday, a big one. Maybe it's the blizzard, maybe our social media efforts are finally paying off. Maybe we're just that good.
We started going over The Great Recovery of 1976*. It picks up right where The Great Nuclear War of 1975 left off. All we need to do is put some more detail in the opening cabinet meeting and we're good to go with the opening chapter. At the same time we worked on 75's Falkland chapter. Looking good and fixing up. We always get hung up on the naval stuff, who should be doing what, etc.
The more we think about Substack, the more we like it. Five bucks [or quid-Ed] to read our articles. Given our library we could post a couple of military history articles a month for years. If it takes off we could also write new articles. We're wondering how to go about it. Should we post articles from different periods, or have, say American Revolution month? Weigh in, reader(s).
*Someone give me a title for this. It has to rhyme and sing with The Great Nuclear War of 1975: The Great....
The Great Salvation and the last time it snow like that in Memphis was 85
