Saturday Updates

And a happy Saturday, Stroock's Books congregants.

Services last night, shoulder pain this morning. We don't believe the two are related.

Last night was our mother-in-law's, yahrzeit, or death anniversary commemoration. Twenty-two years now. Our oldest is named for the woman.

The weather remains stubbornly unspring like here in New Jersey. We are becoming annoyed. Where is the Rothschilds' weather machine when you need it?

The Things.

Our grognard just asked us if we were happy with World War 1990 Norway's final draft. Of course not, we replied. Young fellas, there comes a point in a romantic encounter when a man says to himself, 'I've done everything I can to her, it's time to wrap this up' [I'm sorry, reader(s)-Ed]. We are at that point with World War 1990: Norway. No matter what, the MS goes to formatting this week.

Yeah, we guess we did some work on War Night. Lexington is either too long or not long enough. We don't know.  War Night, and Other Stories of the Great Nuclear War of 1975 is 33,000 words.

We are two months away from the submission deadline for the WWII alternate history anthology. We've no idea what we want to submit.

  1. What if you write about if the Romanian army defeated the Russian attack at Stalingrad and the Germans are never cut off
