Monday Missiles

Yesterday we went with Mrs. Stroock to our local sports bar to take in her Eagles' football match against the Saints of New Orleans. The nice lady in the front told us that the bar no longer carries the DirecTV NFL package. Bastards. Too expensive, she said. A sign of the times it seems.

We've been going there on and off for nearly 20 years. Why, our children used to play in the corner while we watched the game. Heck, one of the reasons we liked the place is that it's usually not too crowded. Ownership put a lot of money into the place over the last few years, but we don't think it will remain open for long.

Oh, the Giants won. We shrug.

The Israelis are lighting up southern Lebanon (and the Beqaa Valley now!) this morning, having conducted 300 + airstrikes so far today. Twitter shows lots of vid of stuff blowing up accompanied by plenty of secondary explosionsStrikes are seemingly limited to southern Lebanon. Civilians are fleeing. Our own Israel at War: and her Enemies, covers Israeli's 1982 and 2006 campaigns in Lebanon.

Israeli operations are about to expand to the Beqaa Valley. Israel Radar calls this the 3rd Lebanon War. Too the Litani! Hezbollah is certainly on its back foot right now.  Ww wait for the Jews to deploy the space lasers and dread weather machine. Exit question, what does Hezbollah have in store for Israel?*

Some in Israeli intel think the IDF took out Sinwar in an air strike a few days ago. We shall see. JNS reports on an Israeli plan to evacuate and besiege norther Gaza. Wouldn't Hamas personnel just flea with the civilian evacuation?

Black Pill Will?: The NYT's has Trump up in AZ, GA and NC. The Muslim and Democrat mayor of Hamtramck, Michigan has endorsed Trump. That's a big deal. Hamtramck has been a bloody battlefield on the war on normalcy. They banned rainbow and tranz flags on public property

This week we plan to finish Morning Rory. We've got a good opener and middle, a couple of kids at a Rory Gallagher show with war talk in the background. Just where are we going with this one? We'll also touch up and hopefully wrap up Haig in the bunker and Voodoo Genie.

Monday metal: the great Steve Sailer has an interesting article on the talented and eccentric Prince, A Princely Summation.  Sailer talks about and links to Prince's epic Super Bowl halftime show, in which he plays Purple Rain in the rain, so do click over. One can see by the solo in Purple Rain that Prince is nearly overcome by the moment. Just magnificent.

*Something gruesome and evil. Surely Hezbollah has people within Israel. Ah...rocket attacks on Haifa, so far. And central Israel now. As Drudge used to say, developing...
