Will's Good Idea for the Week of 3/2/25

Good Sunday morning, Christian faithful looking for something to read while they're getting ready for church. 

Though it's cold out today temperatures will rise all week. It seems March is breaking winter's back. But be wary. In 2018 we got two significant springtime snowstorms. That's when we caved and finally bought a snow blower. 

The gout and inflammation in the knee has lessened greatly. We woke up this morning without having to pop any pain killers or muscle relaxers.  

Returning to religious matters, the Gaza ceasefire is over. Good. Israel says it accepts the 'American framework' for a second phase. Smart. Nothing is happening yet (whoops the IAF bombed an apartment in Rafah). Which is fine. Israel has halted all humanitarian aid with the support of the United States. Which is also fine. Various outlets are reporting that Israel will resume an all-out war on Hamas in 4-6 weeks. Which is great. And the US has fast tracked a $3 billion dollar arms sale to Israel. Stupendous. 

The ceasefire, though painful, in the short-term has paid enormous long-term dividends to Israel. 

DOGE report: Yesterday we read over and rearranged several scenes in World War 1990: Thatcher's War. We edited three stories in War Night: Stories of the Great Nuclear War of 1975. 

Will's Good Idea for the Week of 3/2/25...meh, don't really got one. We'll just keep plugging along.
