Good morning, Stroock's Books associated reader(s) and happy Hiroshima Day. They started it. We finished it. God bless President Truman. 

Temps this morning are in the hi-60s. Nice.

Who the hell is mowing their lawn at 6:59 in the morning? 

First Item: They will be here today between 8-12 to install a new thermostat - gratis. This will fix the AC problem once and for all, right? 

Second Item: sanitation company arrived at Stroock Northern Strategic Direction yesterday afternoon to pump out the sewage system. We have not yet heard back from them though as of this morning. That is also probably good news, right? Right?

Third Item: in follow up podiatrist visit, doctor gave us a third cortisone shot and suggested slight numbness in other foot was due to lower back issues. Hmmm....time to stop lifting weights? [An excuse?-Ed]. Maybe. 

Fourth Item (or DOGE report): Between all this, and a few other sub-items, we wrote a scene in World War 1990: Thathcher's War. Reminder, the invasion of Ireland will be a tragicomic farce. This book keeps getting bigger. God help us. 

As previously noted, the Golden Age of Jews in America is over. They're now firebombing Jewish cars/homes. All we can do is wear our Israeli T-shirts to the gym harder. Other than that, we've no idea.

Related, Israel is going to conquer Gaza, they say (again). This sounds like a bad idea to us. Stroock's Books agrees with the general tenor of this article detailing the IDF's plans and fears. If not this, then what? We don't know...we don't know. [You keep posting 'Bomb Gaza'-Ed]. We do...we do.

Germans remain on point, according to the Jerusalem Post: 'Zyklon B producer heiress to participate in next Gaza flotilla. Marlene Engelhorn inherited $27.1 million from her family's fortune, which was partially built during WWII by producing the cyanide-based poison, Zyklon B.' This is why Jews have that ironic/sardonic/fatal sense of humor. You know like, 'The imams are right. The Jew is clever.'
