Saturday Updates

Good Saturday morning, Stroock's Books affiliates.

We may crack open a bottle and light up a cigar because we can't think of anything else to do. We'll see. Probably not.

The Things:

FB says we posted this 11 years ago, 'Title idea for World War III alt history novel- NATO Strikes: The World War of 1990.' That's not bad, actually.

We spent the whole week slogging through Thatcher's War battle of Ardee chapter. How does that make us feel? We don't know. We do know we're sick of this. We're tired. Bored. Disappointed. Maybe even a little angry.

When we weren't slogging, we were working on the nuclear war short story about a mom and her two boys emerging from the basement. It hits some themes we've written about before. But that shouldn't be a problem, right? Right.

After lamenting that book sales suck, book sales have spiked the last few days. Book sales are an art, not a science.
