There must be some fancy Chinese numerology in today's date, no? 

Good morning or afternoon, anayway, Substack and happy Sunday. Ya'll don't skip on the post-church lunch buffet at Ponderosa, you hear? 

We went back to the gym yesterday and really didn't want to do any pushups. So we did the rower, the elliptical and rope pully, 45 minutes total. That routine should work, for now.

We have to admit each day we support Netanyahu just a little less than the day before. War dragging on, settler violence, Haredi intransigence. Jesus Christ, Bibi, get these people under control. Maybe Israel no longer needs Bibi?…Eisenkot?
