As noted the other day, there's a wee problem within the African American community with Jews and it take on a couple of different forms.*
One brand of Jew hatred has a respectable veneer. Intellectual fraud Marc Lamont Hill hates Jews because he is in thrall of Palestinian Nationalism. A lot of black left wing/revolutionary types feel the same. See also Calypso Louis Farrakhan.
Then there's urban/ghetto Jew hatred of the kind unearthed in last week's Jersey City Kosher grocer shooting. The Jewish Press has video of African Americans bad mouthing Jews. Do click over. There's been a steady trickle of Jew-hatred motivated attacks in NYC this last year, right under Bolshevik Bill De Blasio's nose. See also Al Sharpton's greatest hits.
And please, no lecturing on who hates Jews and who doesn't. We know. We always know.

It turns out the Jersey City Kosher grocery shooters were Black Hebrew Israelites. You'll just have to look that one up. These are the guys who were verbally harassing the Covington Kids in DC last January.
As it happens back in our direct mail fundraising days we once wrote a fundraising letter about them.
We're less worried about the shooting this morning. The thought that a new Jersey Muslim might haul off and start shooting Jews was....disconcerting to say the least. There's a lot fewer Black Hebrew Israelites in the state.
Would the reader(s) believe we had thought there might be an African American angle to this? We didn't say so becuase we didn't want to speculate. But one of the dirty secrets of American life is African American anti-Semitism.
Shooting in Jersey City:
The gunmen who killed three people at a kosher supermarket after fatally shooting a police officer in Jersey City on Tuesday "targeted the location they attacked,” Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop said late Tuesday.
