[He means the guy who gets the 'football' and throws it -Ed]
He's started every game since 2004, has thrown 334 touchdowns...
[He means when a guy catches a ball at the end of the field and scores 6 points-Ed]
All he's ever done is played the game without complaint. As the team sucks donkey schlonge this year, Eli has taken a real beating. He's been on his back more than an 1870s Abilene whore at the end of a cattle drive.
[Really?-Ed]
About twelve hours ago the 2-9 New York Giants announced they were benching Manning for journeymen quarterback Geno Smith.
The Giants' idiot coach and general manager think we're stupid and actually claimed that Geno Smith gives them a better chance to win than Eli Manning.
You think so, huh?
Really?
Alert foreign reader(s) will note those two plays came against the New England Patriots, coached by Bill Belichick and lead by starting quarterback Tom Brady. These two are the greatest at their position, ever. They're 5-2 in the Super Bowl. You know who delivered those two losses? Eli Manning.
No one will ever be able to talk about Belichick and Brady without mentioning Eli Manning and the New York Giants.
Eighteen hours ago the Giants benched him.
As a die hard ole miss fan I am a little biased towards Eli but this makes no sense to me it may be time for Eli to somewhere else
ReplyDeleteWell stated!Full disclosure, in 2004 I wanted the Giants to draft RobertGallery.
ReplyDeleteEli is the reason I became a Giants fan growing up down south never really was into NFL much always more collage
ReplyDeleteWow. You know, one of the quirks about the Northeast is College Football just isn't very big, unless you're Irish. Of course, I married into a fanatical Penn State family.
