Plagiarist Defends Pervert

Oh, Mike Barnicle, we had forgotten you exist. Whether you were pushing your way on air when JFK Jr died, or going on Imus and saying how worried you were about all these 'kids' fighting in Iraq, or making sure you were sitting behind home plate at your beloved Fenway, you've always known how to get yourself on air and pose.

Via the Daily Caller, here you are defending disgraced perv and journalist Mark Halperin. Quoth:

“He deserves to be punished for what he did,” Barnicle said. “He deserves to have what he did be deplored. But does he deserve to die? How many times can you kill a guy?”
Barnicle asserts that was Halperin did was “creepy” and “very bad,” but even suggests that he could make a comeback someday, stating, “This is America—it’s geared for comebacks.”

Barnicle would know. 

Barnicle was fired from Kennedy organ The Boston Globe for ripping off jokes from George Carlin, which seems trivial. Really, who owns a joke? More importantly he wrote a sob-sister column about a rich white family and a poor black family at a children's hospital. 

Now to be fair, Barnicle didn't plagiarize this, he made it up.

How Barnicle is allowed anywhere near a camera or computer  is beyond us. Computer? Oh hell, you just know he makes a big deal out of still using a typewriter like an old fashioned Boston newsman. Ok, we only think that.

That's the media for you, depraved and decadent.

Why defend Halperin so much, hmmmmmm?
