So Grand Inquisitor Robert Mueller has raided Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen to get docs related to Stormy Daniels. Yeah sure. He's looking for dirt in Trump's business dealings.

There's a strong case to be made for Trump firing Mueller, and some of the more excitable types are making it. We say if Trump is going to do something, go big. Fire Mueller, Rosenstein, McCabe, etc, etc and issue blanket pardons for everyone. Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

But we say do nothing. Remember the more Mueller digs the worse he looks. More importantly Inspector General Michael Horowitz is investigating the FBI and the FISA issue in conjunction with the Utah US Attorney. The report is going to be brutal.

Firing Mueller now would be premature. Remember, into any room he walks, Trump is the smartest man. Trump knows this.

Wait for the IG. Then eviscerate Mueller.
