There is lots of action in this and I really hope the author writes more in this series. If not it ended well. I would recommend the whole series because this author isn't like other authors who only write future war fiction to bash a political party. This author uses the actual people who were in office and in command of the various military units during this time period and doesn't waste the reader's time trying to score points for a political party. In each novel he dives right into the war and takes you down into the trenches, in the tanks and ships and planes of the various characters. Even though each book is short, they are very good reads and worth purchasing and reading each one. If the author continues to write more novels in this series I will surely buy them.Quit right. We keep the politics out of our books**. Democrats like
alt-history too and we see no need to antagonize our readers, you know, the customers.
Of course we get political on this blog, but reader(s) know what they're getting into.

**Alright, To Survive the Earth was political, but only in the meta-philosophical sense.
