Three Years Between Gym Trips

The doctor said do more cardio so we're doing more cardio.

We are now a member of a gym and have been twice.

Treadmill, rowing machine, recumbent bike. 

We actually felt great after each trip. On the treadmill our heart rate went up to 150 or so, but dropped down to 120 during the cool down. The last time we'd been on a treadmill three years ago we felt chest pains. So no heart attack.

We've been walking for months now so we're not too sore. Our only issue is we've inflamed our middle-toe, but we got anti-inflammatory pills for that.

We had a free consultation. The Millennial trainer wants us to start lifting weights; leg day, quad, day etc...I dunno. Seems like a sore back waiting to happen.

Also, we saw out of the corner of our eye a couple of yoga-pants clad moms glancing at us and giggling. Of course they did. Still got it. We think its the beard.
