So we recommitted to watching what we eat and joined a gym.
We're up to an hour + of cardio 4 times a week, half an hour on the treadmill at 4, fifteen minutes each of rope pulley, rowing machine, bike. We tried weights but don't like them anymore.
We're down from 265 to 249 lbs and just learned our triglyceride levels are back down to the mid 300s. Not bad.
For the record 150 is pretty high. Chemistry and technology are keeping us above ground.
