By now you all know how the Washington Post eulogized al-Baghdadi.

Do note the 'austere-scholar' headline went through numerous editors, none of whom saw a problem with calling al-Baghdadi an 'austere scholar'

We make editorial decisions every morning at William Stroock dot BlogSpot dot com. We briefly thought about titling this post, Washington Post Should be Bombed...Metaphorically.

And then we thought better of it.
