Grote Tankeslag

Grot Tankslag has presented an interesting problem of our own making.

We had planned to run Grot Tankslag out of Dutch I Corps HQ, but we already did that kind of battle POV with the 51st Armoured Brigade's fight south of Harpstedt.

I know, I know, most of you are thinking, Another one, on  a bigger scale? Cool! But we'd like to try to do something different.

So we're writing three or four different command POVs, each passing the narrative off to the next and moving the story forward.

Dutch I Corps HQ will mark the beginning, middle, and end of the Battle of Cloppenberg.

By the way, the battle narrative written in an HQ and moved along via radio reports is an idea we got from Jerry Pournelle's Falkenberg's Legion series, which we read during the summer of 1993, the summer of our freshman year.
