Lee Harvey Oswald probably didn't change much history.
Most of the domestic legislation would have passed without JFK being martyred.
Kennedy partisans who claim he wouldn't have escalated the Vietnam War are deluding themselves. The men advising Johnson, Clifford, McNamara, etc etc, were already advising Kennedy and would have told him the same thing. This blog doubts Kennedy had the strength to tell the Pentagon no.
Kennedy would have been reelected in 1964, though by not quite as big a margin as Johnson.
In all likelihood the Vietnam War would have consumed JFK's administration as it did Johnson's. Kennedy would have staggered out of office in 1969 just the same.
RFK would have had to remain in the Senate. Not even the Kennedy's have the chutzpah to try to pull that off. Johnson would have been a non-starter in this different 1969. Humphrey '68?
Exit question: How does a living JFK affect the GOP?
I don't think much hell he be considered alt right now a days
