Washington (strategic genius)
Nathaniel Greene (Washington's trouble Shooter)
Winfield Scott (victory in Mexico and author of Anaconda Plan)
Lee (found a way to keep the Yankees at bay for 3 years)
Grant (would have been at home in WWI, WWII as well)
Sherman (mind for maneuver, sought to avoid battle, the March)
Arthur MacArthur (victor of Philippine Insurgency)
Hunter Liggett (saved Pershing's bacon)
Ike (organizational and diplomatic genius)
Patton (come on, do I have to explain it?)
MacArthur (after Buna avoided battle) 
Stilwell (Burma campaign model of pin and hold)
Creighton Abrams (won insurgency in South Vietnam)
Fred Franks (commanded Norm's left hook)
Petraeus (built Iraqi army and won insurgency)
