Un-Happy Star Wars Day

We're not mad. We're not disappointed. We just don't care anymore. We haven't even bothered to see the last film, whose name we can't even remember and can't be bothered to look up.

We all understand how and why George Lucas effed up the prequels. He could do whatever he wanted and ran the whole thing himself. Had that been true in the beginning, all three movies would have been disasters. George had to listen to Alan Ladd Jr in 1976. Empire and Jedi were competently written and directed by men who were not George Lucas.

The Sequels, well, we're just not in the mood to go there.

This week is Star Wars week at William Stroock dot BlogSpot dot com.

[I thought you said you didn't care?-Ed]

I don't.

All week we'll be discussing Star Wars ideas.
