We're thinking about how we might, intellectually speaking, kick off our space battle yarn. We think we have it. We think the story is about a war between Earth and Alpha Centauri and the Centaurians have been winning the war up till this point.
They've taken the Moons of Jupiter and Saturn. The story begins with a human counterattack on say, Titan or Enceladus or something. Remember, this story is not science based so there are star carriers and jeep carriers and dreadnaughts and bombers with cool names and escort fighters with names like Super Sabre and Thunder God and...[bobs head in thought] Jihadi Strike etc etc.
This would be a large scale raid. Which Pacific War battle are we ripping off?
Maybe we'll think of something else.
