Will's Good Idea for the Week of 7/12/20

Korea it is then. In the spring of 1976 North Korea will invade South Korea. This gives us the chance to talk about the logistical problems of the US putting together a task force. Also, it allows us to talk about the situation in China a bit. No, China isn't getting involved. They got their own problems. 

We'll put Haig in charge. We can send him over there and bring him back for some political intrigue. We think the Rockefeller Administration makes him a national hero and he'll run for president in 1980, which might be the book cutoff.
