2021: Hold My Beer

Hey remember that mob that gathered outside of the White House last Memorial Day? How about the Feminist harpies taking over the Hart Senate Office Building?  The indefatigable Steve Sailer reminds us of the left's months long occupation of the state capitol in Madison. Remember that? The left has always been ok with political violence, and now that they're getting some of it, they're angry and they're scared. We've seen the posts. Not a lot of fun, is it?

We approach events with great circumspectidue...circumspectness? That's a word, who knew? Mostly we're just waiting for, what's the word. Facts! That's it. Facts for a thousand, Alex!

Yesterday we said we were interested to see what would happen with the DC protest. And well, something interesting happened. When we said not rioting is a failed conservative policy, well...not rioting is not a problem anymore and leave it at that. Here's the exact moment it all began.  Ace is saying it better than we can. He always does. And Here's Steyn. No, people shouldn't storm Capitol Hill. We've been against political violence since at least the George Floyd riots. Ferguson too. We're writing all this at 10 PM. Let's see what the morning holds...

...Ok....this was a disaster. The rules are different for us. All those people posing in the Capitol Building are going to jail. There will be counter-protests today, no? And counter-counter-protests. A lot of other bad things are going to begin on January 20th.  Remember Will's phrase of 2021: first slowly, then all at once.
