We take to Stroock's Book's this morning with great fear and trepidation.

Last night we attended Bridgewater/Raritan High School's fine arts festival. A couple of Oldest Daughter's pieces were on display. There's a lot of talented kids at that school. A friend commented they wanted to see some of these kids crank out some Christian art. Not in this school district. 

You've all heard about the demise of CNN+. You'd have to be an inhuman monster to not think CNN+'s implosion was hilarious. We enjoy it immensely. What's that German word?

This blog remains baffled as to why anyone at basement dwelling CNN thought CNN+ was a good idea. People weren't watching CNN for free. Why would they pay to watch CNN+? We recall those old logic diagrams. If not A then not B.

It's simple. As Neil Gaiman once said, when someone reads your thing they want to read another thing just like it.  And when someone doesn't like your thing...

There's a reason the Defend the Earth series stops at two books. No one bought To Survive the Earth. Too bad. We've got tonnes of ideas. An Earth fleet battling aliens in the rings of Saturn. Landings on the moons of Jupiter. Oh well. Maybe a summer sneak in vanity project.

Yesterday we wondered if we should ditch the summer sneak in and just finish our unfinished projects. These would be The Final Storm and The New American Order. The Weser and The Great Salvation of 1976 would be done by then.  Autumn sneak in? We'll see. 

World War 1990, now there's a series! It's possible we'll have a nuclear war series. Actually it's already happening. Certainly three, maybe five. Will update tomorrow.
