This is post 4938.
This morning we took Oldest Daughter to the lab for some blood work. When the little Nazi behind the counter told us to put on a mask we answered, 'No.' She replied, 'Excuse me?' We responded, 'I said no. Process my daughter.' Eventually we made the REDACTED give us a mask, which we put on backwards. Self-restraint kept us from throwing it at the fascist key puncher on the way out. As of this writing we're still steamed about it.
This blog understands the Australian Liberals (the conservatives in North American parlance) have lost the election. Good. Anyone who watched PM Scott Morrison's pandemic actions the last few years should be thrilled. These are the Cons? Screw him.
Things.
We received the proof for a magazine article to be published next month in Military History Matters, our third with them. Stay tuned.
Those of you who follow us on FB, (and why aren't the rest of you doing the same?) know we submitted World War 1990: The Weser to the editor. We have set cover design in motion as well. It'll look like Nederland, but with an M-60 tank. We'll write the back text this weekend.
We spent the week working on The New American Order and have been writing the sovereignty chapter. This is coming along well, with a recuring Black Panther commune commandante in the Briones state park (California). We're not sure where it's headed yet. There will be more recuring character in TNAO then there were in 75 and 76. The MS is 34,000 words. Solid growth.
We have been bringing World War 1990: The Final Storm along slowly but goodly. Baby steps. AN hour, a scene per day. There's no rush on this one.
We don't believe there's anything more we can do to The Great Salvation of 1976. So as soon as the editor is done with The Weser, she gets 76.
RE: Bloodwork. This is where you get out your phone and start blasting "Breathe" by Pink Floyd, "Breathless" by the Corrs, "Every Breath you Take" by the Police, "Heavy Breathing" by the Bee Gees, you get the idea.
