...And that's why one reads the manuscript one last time. The Weser's flow and transitions are fine, but there's tiny little things that bug us. Pathfinder-6 where Kenya-6 should be... Even if the author has people, and we have plenty of people, the author is still the last line of typo defence. [I love how you stick with English spellings-Ed] I know you do.
That's Will's good idea for the Week of 6/12/22.
We did a weigh in yesterday and we're back down to 250 pounds. The machine workout (bike, tread, rower, rope) coupled with long walks is really working. Laying off the Doritos (mmmmm) really helps too. In late 2020 we were 245 pounds. Clothes fit about the same though. We weigh less than we did when Oldest Daughter was born. There's no getting around it, we look good.
We've been wondering why Joe keeps talking about the 'Putin price hike' and 'magnificent transition' and 'corporate price gouging' and other inanities. This must be what Ron Klain and the other White House minions are telling him. They're also probably telling Joe that Reagan pushed through tough times in 1981-82 and won in a landslide and he can do the same. There was an article in the NYTs about the Dems putting Joe away. The thing is, they can't do it. Joe has to be the nominee in 2024. To nominate someone else (and just who the hell would that be?)* would be admitting Joe is old and Joe has failed. Unless he steps aside for 'Doctor' Jill...which is much more likely that the Dems nominating Kamala.
By the way, Russia is winning. Here's how we know: 'Ukrainian officials pushed back Saturday against President Joe Biden’s claim that President Volodymyr Zelensky “didn’t want to hear it” when U. intelligence gathered information that Russia was preparing to invade.' Tens of thousands of dead Ukrainians, cities devastated, millions of refugees...we hope it was worth it, Davos set.
*Newsom, Bennett maybe.
