The cold has abated, mostly. We're hitting the gym today.
As we write this the Stroocklettes are making smoothies. Good. They've been pretty active this summer, all things considered. Lego, painting, cooking...Middle Daughter has been working on her bat mitzva this autumn. Everyone reads a little each day. Overall, we are pleased.
Gab CEO Andrew Torba sent this out to the Gab commune: 'Last night Rachel Maddow dedicated most of her show to attacking Christian Nationalism, Gab, Doug Mastriano, and my character personally. I’d like to start by saying that I’m praying for Ms. Maddow. She’s obviously a very confused and sad woman, but Jesus loves her nonetheless. I watched a replay of her show and reacted to many of the baseless lies in this video on Gab TV, I encourage you to please watch it to hear our side of the story and full response.' On the other gripping hand, here's The Jerusalem Post: 'Jews and other non-Christians are "not conservative" because it is "an explicitly Christian movement" and because the US "is an explicitly Christian country," said Andrew Torba, the CEO of Gab and reportedly a consultant for state senator Doug Mastriano, the Republican candidate for governor of Pennsylvania, in a livestream responding to recent condemnations of Mastriano and Gab.' We read the whole thing and it's....interesting. If the Anti-Defamation League hates you, that's a good thing. But the attacks on Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson et al are lame.
Our own stance is this, most of the world is carpeted and one day we will do the cleaning.
