Get Boris Done!

This blog believes it was Bismarck who said there are two parties in a negotiation, the horse and the rider. Bismarck would have known. We'd like to amend that formulation to the rider and the fool. The Times of Israel reports, 'The United States and other Western powers are “alarmed” at the advancement of Iran’s nuclear capabilities, the Biden administration’s Iran envoy Robert Malley said on Tuesday .“They’re much closer to having fissile material for a bomb,” Malley warned in an NPR interview. “To our knowledge, they have not resumed their weaponization program, which is what they would need to develop the bomb. But we are of course alarmed, as are our partners, at the progress they’ve made in the enrichment field.”

Robert Malley, you're no Bismarck. You're a fool, and so is everyone involved with this nation's decade long Iran negotiation project. These are the same types who thought giving Yassir Arafat a country was a good idea. The Iranians are rolling Malley and the rest of the American negotiators in plain sight. Naive fools. Putin must be thinking, 'No wonder I'm winning.' We've noted before that we think Iran's nuclear program is a bluff. Let's hope so.

High drama across the pond as Prime Minister Boris Johnson's government is collapsing in real-time. Guido Fawkes is live blogging. A British government falls apart after July 4th. Coincidence, I think not. Good. Boris Johnson is unfit for office and should resign. This blog calls on Her Majesty to send for Mr. Farage. [He's not an MP-Ed] A man can dream, can't he? We miss 'Get Brexit Done' Boris.

We are working on a really neat 'what if' for 19fortyfive. We expect the piece to be out on Friday. This one should surprise Stroock's Books readership. It's a big one, deservedly so. Fifteen-hundred words. Hint: it's about she whose name shall not be spoken.

Meanwhile we've been reading through The Great Salvation of 1976. Slowly we are making things better. There's a reason we have prolonged sit phases. The system has worked for us since the mid 2000s. I thought this MS was ready for editing? Yikes. Times like these we praise Kek and remind ourselves that we are among the best there is at what we do.
