It's baseball opening day. We'll watch a few innings. Mostly we're looking forward to catching some Somerset Patriots games. These really have become a spring/summer family fun highlight. We like to see a half dozen games a year.
Decent enough back-to-back days at the gym. Yesterday our foot began to bother us, we hit the gym anyway, but cut our treadmill time by 2/3rds. We powered through though and completed the rest of the session. After some serious hydrating last night, the foot is fine. So we think that was gout.
Oldest Daughter is thinking about colleges. With all the Jew hatred, anti-Zionism and Jewish quotas in academia, we told her she might want to leave her bat mitzvah, Hebrew and synagogue work off her resume. Modern college campuses hate Israel and hate Jews.
We haven't commented on the transgender shooter in Nashville because people who feel they have to weigh in on anything and everything are a bore. We bring this up because Pastor Andrew Isker (via Gab), sent a long email yesterday arguing that it is time for Christians to stop 'being nice'. He goes on to talk about preparing for 'spiritual war.'
We've done a smattering of work around here helping elect a non-woke member to our local school board. Seriously, our efforts didn't amount to much, but they were something. What else? We could start shouting at the trans button wearing barista at Starbucks, we suppose, but what good would that do? Exit question, was the Trans murder of six people a signpost on the way to radicalization?
