Will's Good Idea for the Week of 2/9/25

A good Super Bowl Sunday to Stroock's Books enthusiasts across the globe. We had several hours of snow and ice last night, leaving about an inch on the ground. We're sure that'll be fun to clear off. This is, we think, our 7th small snowstorm. 

Who you got tonight? We think Eagles 30, Chiefs 24 + a 7 point assist from the refs to give Kansas City its 3rd consecutive Super Bowl win 31-30. Expect a late holding or roughing the passer call to put the Chiefs over the top. 

Oh look, on April 8th comes this blog's 10th anniversary. Sometime after that comes this blog's 6,000th post. This is post 5,922. Hmmm...maybe post 6,000 will be the final post. [Again with this?-Ed]. Again with this. To be honest we feel kind of stuck. Not sure why. This blog takes up a fair amount of time, doesn't grow, and doesn't sell books. 

Will's Good Idea for the Week of 2/9/15...the Israeli-Turkish War of 2050. A novel about future warfare. Lots of drone swarms and lasers etc etc. This book would be an opportunity to speculate about what will happen in the next 25 years. Is it really a good idea? Probably not. But it is an interesting idea. 

We'll probably just spend the rest of the year working on World War 1990 stuff. 

Okay, our driveway is a big sheet of ice. We gotta go...
