Good afternoon, Stroock's Books kibbutzim, and shabbat shalom. Once again we're enjoying autumnal temperatures here in northern New Jersey.
It looks like the Israeli air strike on Yemen yesterday may have taken out most of the Yemeni government leadership. Let's hope so. In other news the IDF recovered the bodies of two hostages. That's a lot of terrorists that won't get released in any deal.
Israel Radar, with some tough questions for those who want to continue the Hamas War. There are no easy answers. But while they Israelis think about it, they can bomb Gaza.
Lookie here. Secretary Rubio is denying visas to Mamoud Abbas and PA leadership. Excellent. Most Excellent. That kind of trash has no business being in America, even New York. You heard us, trash.
What Will's watching I: last night the Kyle Schwarber hit four, count 'em, four home runs in the Phillies' 19-4 blowout of the Braves. Just watch, Schwarber will strikeout four times tonight. That's baseball, Susan. Anywho.... With 49 homers and 119 RBI's Schwarber should be the National League MVP. He won't be, though. The Baseball Writer's Association will almost certainly vote the Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani MVP, again. No tragedy, but still.
What Will's Watching II: That new Dallas Cowboys doc on Netflix. At eight episodes we're not sure we have the endurance for this. But Episode I was pretty good, with a surprise appearance by George W. Bush. What's a Houston man doing in a Dallas Cowboys documentary? Whatever happened to Love ya Blue? We miss our old Houston blog reader. Damm it, Carmichael, where are you?
DOGE report: the Battle of Ardee is going to be 25,00 words, isn't it? Like the Battle of Derry [Londonderry -Ed]. Shut up, Ed. You're from Liverpool. Bloody Scouse.
