As we write this the temperature is a cool 51 degrees [Are you on planet Mercury?-Ed]. That's in Patriotic American NFL numbers, not fru-fru European FIFA numbers. 

It looks like the Israeli Air Force took out most of Yemen's government. Good. Deterrence comes with 500 pound GBU bomb.

Via Israel Radar, another excellent assessment of the war. We agree with all of this. By the way. Last summer we wrote that the Hezbos were getting the better of things. And they were. Until they weren't. What did we used to say? Say it with us reader(s): Hezbollah, Bibi. No need for that anymore, is there?

The Things.

There's nothing much to tell, really. We plugged along and hammered away at World War 1990: Thatcher's War. The first half of the Battle of Ardee is mostly done. We'll work on the second half next week. World War 1990: Thatcher's War is....holy Toldeo, Cleveland, and Cincinatti...88,000 words. 

We started and then restarted the nuke compilation short story. We're going back over a few ideas we explored in The Great Nuclear War of 1975. Which is fine. Mom and her kids. Coming out of the basement, walking through the house, etc etc....This seems to be in good shape. Seems to be. This story is 2,000 words.
