So our podiatrist recommended a rheumatologist take a look out our gout prone feet. We admit to being reluctant. More doctors mean more appointments, filling out more forms which we already filled out, sitting in the waiting room, sitting in an exam room, giving a nurse our info, waiting more, giving the doctor the same info, prescriptions, follow ups, prescription adjustments, and on and on.
Jersey Beat, Campaign 2025 update: Democrat Mikie Sherrill's campaign is not going well. We know this because we hardly see evidence of a campaign. Where are the yard signs? Where are the YouTube ads? Right now energy prices are the big issue in New Jersey, as reported here by The New Jersey Monitor. That's the Democrats. That's Sherrill. That's a problem for Sherrill.

This is partly Gen-X nostalgia, 1987 was a very, very good year in our childhood. But Jacob's Ladder is also a solid, inspirational song. 'Step by step, one by one. Higher and higher Step by step, rung by rung. Climbing Jacob's ladder....' Jacob's Ladder could be a Journey song.
